Is Branch visit mandatory for KYC updation of second account ?

I have two bank account at fino payment bank in same branch and under same customer id , my 1st bank account is FULL KYC completed and 2nd account is mini KYC completed account. As per my knowledge as these two are linked to same customer id my second account should automatically updated to full kyc,
Am i correct ? If Yes then is there any RBI guidelines regarding this ? Because customer care Denied me and said there is no such rules

Subject line and post are having different questions!!

For the first one (subject line), as per RBI rules it is not mandatory (I read somewhere) but then branch can ask to send signed documents etc. They can also send their representatives - but depends on your relationship, their presence etc.

For the second one (text in your post), my experience of KYC for HUF account says that each account is treated separately (may be am wrong!)
