BOB Account Re-kyc Fraud

In First part ending i sent mail to my home bob branch on 17/08/2023 but I didn’t get any reply of that mail, I waited for a month for their reply but I didn’t get it…

And then again I received 7th mail on 19/09/23 mentioning Final reminder mail saying to complete re-kyc with in 3 days to avoid freezing of account, here I attached screenshot also…

But I ignored it, because I already done my rekyc & again I called my home branch but again no one is picking up my call. So my only hope is to wait for that mail reply…


And then again I received 8th mail on 03/10/2023 saying that my account is debit freeze due to non-updation of kyc documents. This time my BP on the top & I decided not to visit branch to complete my kyc & also decided to complain to RBI BO because they are also not picking my call & also not reply to my mail…

So I complained immediately to RBI on 03/10/2023 to take action against them & asking for 10k compensation…

So after complaint, i get a call from bank on 09/10/2023 and that guy asking me to visit bank to do my kyc, then I replied that “ sir mai pehle hi bank visit kar ke kyc kar chuka hun but aap logo ne ni ki, toh isme mai kya kar sakta hun” then he said “sir apne account online open kiya tha kya or kab aaye the aap bank mai, or kisne ki thi apki kyc” then I replied “sir bo daadi wale taklu sir the unhone meri kyc kari thi, or mere signature bhi check kare the or unhone form mai apne sign karke usko submit kar liya tha or mujhse kaha tha apki kyc ho chuki hai
Then he said “esa toh koi bank mai work nahi karta hai hamare yahan”

Then I replied “sir mai kuch nahi jaanta, mai dobara bank visit nahi karunga kyc ke liye”
Then he said “koi baat nahi sir, aap apna pan card & adhar card send kar do mujhe,mai kar dunga kyc Or itni si baat ke liye apne complain kar di, mujhe bolte toh mai yahi se kar deta”
Then i said “mera phone toh koi utha ni raha, or na hi koi meri mail ka reply kar raha ek month se, Or aap mujhe bhaasad de rahe hain, kyc kariye pehle”
Then he done my Re-kyc immediately & then i get the 9th mail on same day…

Then i get call from RBI after 4-5 days for confirming with me to resolve my issue or not, then i tell all the incident to him, then he again asked “issue resolved hua ki nahi” i said “ yes sir but i want compensation for mental stress & financial loss”. And he replied “apka issue resolve ho chuka hai” & cut the call.
I became confused why he doesn’t answer my question of compensation & finally I leave it..
