Is flying return points are really expensive then CV points for international travel? lets do some exercise

I see lots of international flights for example with CV points its Delhi to hkg only 16k around where as in Flying return its 55k points single journey.

I see no direct flights on air india website cv is costing just 16000 that's soo amazing.

Should i burn all points on Vistara for upcomming trips and book right now ?
