Is ICICI Insta Save FD Account Running or Discontinue?

Is ICICI InstaSave FD Account Discontinue? Because I Didn't Get Any Option in ICICI Bank Website to Directly Open Insta Save FD Account. When I Visit This Url https://buy.ICICIbank.com/ There is Only Two Account One is InstaSave Account and Other One is Insta Save 3 in 1 Account.

But in a Section of ICICI Bank Website I Saw This.


So my question is FD in InstaSave Account Make this Account Zero Balance. Then I Have a Insta Save Account With ICICI And Maintain 10k Regularly and Aslo a FD of 1.5L



So I Want a Confirmation on This Thing. Then I Called Customer Care Executive One executive Said Yes I Have To Maintain 10k Along with FD and Another One Said My Account is Zero Balance Account Because I Have FD With Them. Now I am Confused. Is My Account Zero Balance or Not??

Yes CC Can be issued to Normal FD. But the thing is we should have bank account with them to do a FD.
