Is it good idea to pay cc bill with same cc?

If we are able to use some app, to pay cc bill using the same cc via rupay upi. Will it cause any complications

How do you pay via same cc ? Rupay cc allows payment to merchant, right ?

I am assuming you will use a third party platform as direct credit card payment using credit card is not possible. No issues in that case as card provider will not know the source of fund. And, the platform will charge you so they are not concerned.
