Where did you use your virtual DC? And it's variant? (RuPay, Visa or Mastercard)

Btw, this is happening from last 1.5-2 weeks. People are getting base rewards only.

Visa Card users also not received reward points many time, ask @desiviru se.

Last month @NShah ask me to share SBI Rewardz support email id, because he is not receive reward points on his SBI Visa virtual card.

Wait 15 days, There is some issue on SBI rewardz system, High chance within a few weeks automatic you will receive the virtual bonus reward. If by chance not receive then send email to SBI rewardz mail id.

RuPay card also accept on Billdesk CC bill pay for Amex and SCB CC too and get 2x bonus using SBI Virtual RuPay debit Card.

Normal points credited on next day or max 72hrs and virtual bonus will credit after few days. Check your reward statement history.

What is the MCC of BillDesk for Yes Bank CC bill payment when using SBI DC? I've got 2 x physical SBI IOC RuPay Platinum so can get bonus as well I guess? There's a 5X bonus offer running again on SBI Debit Cards from 23rd Dec 2024 to 5th Jan 2025

There are some evil and incompetent banks which don't allow extra payment to clear unbilled outstanding via BBPS (namely HDFC, PNB, Canara, Yes Bank). Of these, at least Yes Bank BillDesk allows paying unbilled amount via SBI RuPay DC. Others (HDFC, PNB) are extra evil and don't have Debit card option at all on BillDesk
