Is it possible to get a add on priority pass for a 5 year old kid

Hi

I hold a Infinia card and planning a trip abroad.

Read in multiple places that lounge access is free till for kids till 2 year old.

So wondering how to avoid paying the extra charge. Any suggestions?

Also wondering if I can apply an add on card for him. Is that possible?

Last time I applied for addon card in hdfc, I had to provide hdfc account number for the person I was applying the card for.. So you might not be able to apply for kids. I have heard you can goto branch and apply offline but for kids of 5 years, not sure if they would allow(someone pls correct me if I am wrong).

Best to take cards with complementary guest access to be safe.. for ex: idfc wealth debit cards have guest complementary access.

i have idfc wealth cc, i have never heard of guest access. can you please share the source?

Add-on card can only be given to people age 18 and above

Is this feature already in the card or we need to apply for a priority pass or any other pass?

Earlier 1 guest was allowed for Infinia but stopped somewhere in 2024....The trend nowadays is name match on credit card is hardly done. So use PP card for self only . For guest hand over your card to your additional guests.
