Is Millennia Upgrade worth it ?

Currently using HDFC Regalia First as a LTF card.

Recently HDFC sent me an email to upgrade in Millennia Card (First Year Free / Rs.1000)

Is it worth to upgrade ?

Monthly online expense near 4000-5000 not more than that.

If you don't have any other card which gives benefits what Millenia is giving, then go for it without any second thought.

Otherwise for just keeping a hdfc card, LTF Regalia first is better choice.

In my case I got upgrade to Regalia FYF, I thought my Millenia LTF would continue as is. However my outstanding is moved to Regalia. But I'm yet to receive the physical card, if i want to stay with Millenia is that enough if I don't activate the Regalia?

I have also upgraded Moneyback to Regalia First.

When you have upgraded it already then you have no choice.

After using new card first time, your old Millennia will be disabled automatically.

No they'll deactivate the card after 1 month. Instead call them and tell that you want to continue with Millenia.

Right now millennia has the best offers for zomato Swiggy amazon flipkart bookmyshow and uber what else is we really use our cards for? Sure regelia or dcb have more discount at smart buy but if you're a person who goes out dining or spend more yeah. Else for middle class millennia it is.

No. Once you upgrade, there is no choice. Use for 6 months then ask bank to downgrade.

Mostly they will accept degrade. However if they don't agree then you can close it and reapply for lower card after 6 months.
