Is Pinnacle Credit Card Closed By IndusInd Bank?

Today I Called My RM @IndusInd Bank To Apply For IndusInd Bank Pinnacle CC... He Replied That IndusInd Has Stopped Issuing The Pinnacle CC. I Asked Him Is It Because Of MasterCard Banned. But He Replied It's Not Because Of Mastercard Ban. IndusInd Bank Has Stopped Issuing Pinnacle CC.

So The Pinnacle Card Won't Be Issued Further?

Thank you @ashwink it worked today someone from bank called me and asked me to visit and get things done. By the time when i reach branch my application was ready and i just provided my kyc and signatures. it was brezzzz.

They tried to cross sell but i dodged it 😉
Finally my account will be upgraded in couple of days

yes i did and created a complaint using video branch app. video branch experience was good no waiting no robotic voices etc , i liked video branch from next time i will do video branch if i need to get in touch with cc😎
