is SBI Paytm select card worth its pay?

Hi,

So I just got soft approved for this card, I was wondering whether this card is worth considering as it has 1499+gst as joining fee,also I don't own any sbi card. So should I opt for this or go for SBI Prime or Elite card instead as they're considered as an all rounder cards.

Go for normal Prime/Elite ones

Does Sbi give cards easily to someone, who doesn't have any banking relation with them?
