I am not sure... I have mostly seen it ltf on pre approved for account holders.... Kotak gives pre approved card with charges... But league platinum is shown ltf in it.... They gave kotak white ltf pre approved.... But only to few individuals
whether its black or white, its useless finance company. they will not give even one rupee discount, and harass people, etc. For LTF best is IDFC First, one can go from select to wealth in one year with top notch benefits
they give easily, because they issue the card with lot of fraudlent issue card even if customer has not asked for card.
you have a lot of cards, you could have got more on other cards too 🙂 sorry i dont like this tractor finance company!! They are just worst.

Yes, They issued Select, I provided all my high limit cards, and they offered wealth.

You have IDFC account? How long did you use Select card? And they upgraded instantly once you requested? or they initially replied that they do not have any upgrade process? I think most all are getting same response that there is no upgradation happening at their end.
I had opted IDFC Bank (Select) A/c first, and then waited for CC thing to open, once it opened, i got Select Card, and then i was continuously chasing for Wealth Card. For me upgrade was offline process through Branch, Branch BM, his manager, and his manager etc.
You shud have confirmed from customer care in writing.... If not LTF then.... LTF card gone in drain
