Is this the best time to apply for Airtel Axis?

Hello guys,
I have a question for you,
Is this the best time to apply for Airtel axis bank credit card?
Some background information
I hold axis bank my zone credit card
I have more than 10 preapproved offers Four axis Bank credit card in the apply section of the app
Consider considering this is the financial year end. Is there any chance chance of me getting the elusive Airtel axis credit card given that I have no salary slip or ITR? 😂

Now get it right,
their online / app won’t reflect real time status … but their SMS and emails do reflect the current status

The SMS says that I will receive an update within 5 to 7 days. Let’s see if that happens in practice.

Considering all cards devalued is airtel axis card still worth other then neo and myzone LTF ?
Also although being co-branded believe we can still use airtel axis card for axis bank cc general offers on mmt, amazon, croma ??
Thinking to apply for airtel axis card now hence asking..

It generally takes about 6-10 days but they rejected my application in 2 days after doing kyc

I , on the other hand, have, received under review SMS 2 days after KYC
