You have to write to TP CS. They will activate 12M Hotstar on your linked mobile number

No, Hotstar is not stacking. The validity of your current plan gets extended to the expiry date of the new offer

Yes. Existing Super plan validity gets updated only if offer validity is more than end date. Not sure whats happens if existing plan is Premium

apne jese bataya tha vese mene complaint kr di hai. Mummy ke account pe to mil gaya hotstar bhai. Ab apne 2 numbers ke liye mail kiya hai. Once i get them i will let u know ki stacking ho rhi hai ya nahi bhai hotstar me. Sony me to ho rhi hai bhai stacking.

I wrote that the HDFC email specifically mentions Disney+ Hotstar, so they cannot legally deny it to me, else I will approach the National Consumer Helpline
