Have tried to open the ishop portal using the link https://icicibank.com/ishoplogin, but it is getting redirected to the usual ICICI internet banking post login.

The portal is still in beta you may face technical issues intermittently. Change browser or try after a few hours have faced same issue but then it worked after a few hours in the past.

Yes, I am also facing the same issue.It is throwing me to ICICI internet banking dashboard and ishop portal is not opening. I've to make certain changes in my booking and make some new bookings as well but sadly I am unable to do so.
I've emailed ICICI bank regarding this but they are asking me to try after some time and use different browsers and device.
Its not working from today morning.
Now lets wait for ICICI to fix the issue.

I faced the same issue earlier. But when I click on "Terms & Conditions" link (which opens the pdf) and then click on "proceed" button, then it opens on iShop portal (Safari browser). You may try the same, may be it will work.

Ishop works fine today. Just did a transaction on Chrome now. It wasn't working till yesterday.

On the login page, it says open in iShop, but it isn't directing to iShop.
And I checked all the dropdowns in the page that opens up, iShop is not mentioned anywhere.
Can you help me, where should I look for iShop?
