Yes, I am also facing the same issue.It is throwing me to ICICI internet banking dashboard and ishop portal is not opening. I've to make certain changes in my booking and make some new bookings as well but sadly I am unable to do so.
I've emailed ICICI bank regarding this but they are asking me to try after some time and use different browsers and device.
Its not working from today morning.
Now lets wait for ICICI to fix the issue.
