If yes, on what basis?

Apply For LTF AU LIT Credit Card
You'll have to visit and persuade BM to get it on your terms!
HE will have to take actions, taking approvals from different levels to get you that!

Do you know anyone who got the Emeralde Private Metal card in this manner without the required ITR/salary slips or the TRV?

with approval anything is possible... the bm or rm needs to get approval from higher authority and then its easy without docs it will be done... as far as i know in the document place where they need to attach itr or docs and all they put the approval mail ss and that only is enough ...
 
I don't think emeralde metal can be issued without income documents and TRV.

BM will need some sort of high TRV for getting approval from higher authorities without income documents.

it is possible just bm has to push it everything is possible if the bm or rm is willing to help u

bcuz my bm had got approval of paid emerald metal but havent taken it as its paid... i already have emerald plastic ltf and other better cards... i had told him for fyf but he couldnt get that and got paid variant approval so didnt take it 😆

😂😂 Today I was in aggressive mood i guess.
Personally it never works in my case if that worked for someone else. These BM, RM, employees are different everywhere. They will eat our brain without knowledge sitting at branch and saying bla bla standard lines stated by bank.

I feel its just waste of time, energy,efforts. We go with lots of hope as it worked for someone hoping it work for us too, and we return with dissatisfied, feeling depressed.
Some banks even cheat us with false commitments.
Its just upto the individual to put more efforts or not depending on his needs
