Issue im facing with RBL bank

Hi everyone
Im trying to get rbl bank credit card from last 1 year but everytime they reject my application without any proper reason i tried to apply for zomato edition card but they reject my application saying my pincode is not serviceable so to confirm that i called rbl bank and bank representative told me my area is serviceable and i got my proof of that when my cousin who lives next to me got rbl credit card so if he got credit card then whyy application was rejected on pincode serviceable issue?? Is there anyone else who faced this kind of issue??

+1. In the same boat, I see pre-approved offers on Bankbazaar & Paizabazaar but when I apply my card gets rejected. I have 780+ cibil. This happened for the Zomato Edition credit card as well, tried couple of times and I let it go.
