Am still unable to resolve the issue of redeeming fuel reward points in rbl Indian oil Xtra credit.... Whenever I go for redeeming points(which is converting to Xtra rewards) I jst receive a pop up stating that
(Hi, your Loyalty ID cannot be validated. Feel free to reach out to IndianOil Call Centre 1800-200-5611 for XtraRewards profile creation - RBL Bank.)
I have mailed several times to rbl customer care and spoke to the customer care and yet no satisfactory resolution came up
Any one faced the similar issue and resolved it
