Issue with applying for a pre-approved Kotak Credit Card

I have a pre-approved lifetime free Kotak credit card shown in my mobile app. But when I try to apply for the card I am not able to apply. It says according to internal policy I cannot continue with the application.

Strange issue, when I got my pre approved offer back in August 2021, I simply clicked on the notification and it took me to the page where I entered the OTP and the card was received after 2 days. Try calling customer care or use the kotak WhatsApp number to check for pre approved offers and apply from there

I had same issue,
Visit branch and talk with the credit card guy/ branch manager.
They only can do something.
Got my card on 6th Nov

Now the link is working.... I had complained to ceo and nodal officer about it... They said they will look into it... I also applied for league platinum card... It was showing to me as zero joining and zero annual charges......they were not giving pre approved so applied from front.... Good for kotak offer if approved.

It was showing to me as zero joining and zero annual charges......they were not giving pre approved so applied from front.... Good for kotak offer if approved.

They have issued me a paid card instead of LTF pre approved offer.
Let's see I have complained customer care and they have raised a ticket.

If they aren't able to make it LTF I'll definitely escalate it to pno

I have received application pdf... In that also clearly mentioned.... Joining and annual fees zero... Let them screw me if they approve... How many days it took for your approval... Did u received any call for verification or any documents asked....??

Verification call recieved after 1hr of application
Took 3-4 days for approval
No documents as it was pre approved

There is a different variant of league platinum, where you have to pay 1500+GST as joining fee and after that card is LTF but It is available for existing card holders who want to upgrade their cards to league platinum probably.
