I've referred 2 of my friends to complete neucard ninja badge. Today 2nd referal completed but badge not received. I've asked customer care through x. Then they told me That like below message
Thank you for sharing the information! As checked, this customer's NeuCard has been issued today, 07/11/2024. Just a heads-up, as per the NeuCard Ninja badge terms, your 2 successful NeuCard referrals require the card issuance date to be within 15 days from the TNRL end date which is extended till 10/11/2024. So this referral won't be considered for the NeuCard Ninja badge. Let us know if you need any further help! _ Abhishek
Im in shock. As I didn't find these terms and conditions any where in tnrl
