Issue with IndusInd credit card activation

Just received the Indusind Bank credit card.
But I'm not able to activate the card.
Even I'm not able to register on internet banking or Phone banking.

1. For card activation it's showing Whoops, something went wrong...

2. When I'm trying to register on internet banking, after successfully created the user id and password with the card details, it's asking to set security questions, after filling the answers, when I'm trying to submit it's asking for credit card details, but no place to enter to details.
When I tried to create the user id and password with card details it's showing Card details are already linked.

3. When I'm trying to register on mobile banking it's showing no card is registered with the user id so the otp box box is not appearing.

Now how can I activate my card? And how can I register for the internet banking?

Their customer care didn't even take the call, trying to connect them from past 2 hours.

I received an email for virtual card details today, when the physical card is already delivered. From 25th March to 1st April They took nearly 1 week just send the approval email with the virtual card details, but the link is not working, showing DNS issue.

Guys, I completely forgot what I did when I got my first IndusInd cc.. but I wrote something about my experience here .have a look at ..
It seems you need to create user id first.. have a look here and subsequent posts…
