Just received the Indusind Bank credit card.
But I'm not able to activate the card.
Even I'm not able to register on internet banking or Phone banking.
1. For card activation it's showing Whoops, something went wrong...
2. When I'm trying to register on internet banking, after successfully created the user id and password with the card details, it's asking to set security questions, after filling the answers, when I'm trying to submit it's asking for credit card details, but no place to enter to details.
When I tried to create the user id and password with card details it's showing Card details are already linked.
3. When I'm trying to register on mobile banking it's showing no card is registered with the user id so the otp box box is not appearing.
Now how can I activate my card? And how can I register for the internet banking?
Their customer care didn't even take the call, trying to connect them from past 2 hours.
Update: On 1st April 2025 I contact them on twitter and they provide me an email id " socialm@indusind.com " to send them the details.
I mailed them.
Next day at noon got a call from the social media team and they took the request for Card activation, got the request id on email. With an estimated time of 1 working day.
Next day, on 3rd April nearly at the same time I tried to complete the internet banking registration process and it was successfully done. After that registered for the mobile banking. Then activate the online transactions and set the pin successfully from the Indus mobile app.
Update 2: Recived a call from their customer care, according to them my card delivery status was updated that's why they are calling to take request for card activation 😭 indiapost always late to update the status.
So I told them that I have already activated the card via social media team. And she confirmed that yes the card is active.
