Issue with Scapia credit card

Hi all!

I am seeking your advice on how to solve the issue I am facing since last 2 months with scapia company.

Let me brief the issue.

Last year in October I purchased a refurbished phone from amazon & made payment through scapia credit card.

Since it was refurbished, it came with a 6 month warranty from amazon.
In april this year, I faced issue with the phone & contacted Amazon regarding it since it was in warranty period.
Unfortunately the phone couldn't be repaired or replaced, so they placed a return for it.
The phone was returned on april 12 & the amount was refunded on april 14 & the same was accepted by scapia/federal bank on april 14 itself (as confirmed by Amazon).

It has been 2 months now the refund is not settled in my account.

I have contacted scapia countless times but to no resolve.
They are tricking me from the last 2 months & not solving the issue.

Firstly they told to wait, then they denied of any refund & asked to initiate cyber fraud complaint against amazon despite refund reference number being shared by them, then they made me fill dispute form with purchase date of phone instead of refund date after which they said it has been 120 days since the transaction so we cannot dispute the issue on your behalf... When I conveyed the same thing to amazon they replied that they have made you fill dispute form with wrong details & said refund date should be disputed & not purchase date.
Then they asked to wait another month & when asked again today they are denying of any refund.

What to do now?
Please help!

Just a word of advice - do not confuse refurbished and renewed/second hand.

While the dictionary will suggest they are the same, in the world of electronics, refurbished has a very specific meaning. In the case of Apple, it means devices that they have received as defective or returned (for any reason) from their customers, which they then proceed to dismantle, thoroughly test and reuse the expensive inner electronics, but place them in a fresh and new outer shell. Apple refurbished products (FROM APPLE) are very reliable because they have been tested thoroughly and housed in a brand new casing. You will not find a single scratch on a refurbished Apple device from Apple.

Amazon is not doing all this. Amazon (or rather whatever third party they have contracted this process to) is simply repairing the devices (to a level that might not be to Apple's internal standards), cleaning it up as best as they can, and reselling it. In real world terms, they are repaired items or second hand items. Buying a "refurbished" electronic product from third parties like Amazon is more like buying a second hand item from Olx, but with better protection for you than Olx for six months. It is not the same as buying refurbished from Apple.

General rule of thumb - the original manufacturer sells refurbished electronics. Third parties sell repaired/second hand electronics.
