Call them.

They might ask you to send an email.

One time extension appears to be possible.

I got a 3 month extension when I renewed my club culinaire membership.

I asked for an extension when due date was nearing for one of the extended vouchers.

They said extension is possible only once.

Give it a shot.

Extension may work, even without you having reinvested !

Did called them and expressed to renew the membership but no luck, they said they can extend it only for one month & that will be of no use for me. Thanks for help

I got it extended till 3 months and around 45th day i used the best vouchers consumed
Bcos when i renewed the membership I got new set of vouchers too
