Jio payments bank closure

With service charges effective from 1-may-2025, I'm trying to email jio bank support to close the account. But I do not get any response. What could be done? I'm suspecting that charges will be increased by end of 2025 again.

No one is going to close that bank.

Only, it's their own SB accounts in that bank.

I just closed this account last week and within 4 days the account was closed.
Mail to Head.Customercare@jiobank.in with account details and reason for closure. It will be closed.
