Jio Recharge Plan Hike - Effective 3rd July 2024

These days its better to go for Jio postpaid & add family members to that plan. First number in such a plan costs Rs 450, each subsequent number costs Rs 150 each. We have 3 members in our plan, data allowance is 85 GB per month, which we are never able to use. Data allowance can also be rolled over. We pay Rs 884 per month which is around Rs 3540 per number per year with no hassle of daily data limits. I will add another family member to this plan next month to bring down the average even further.

449+150x3+gst ~ 1060.82
106 cashback via airtel with airtel card (or 100 discount for friday Amz rupay offer)
954 (or 961) per mth for 4 no.

Then that's a good deal but I only fear postpaid due to additional charges they levy. We can't prove that we've not used if they try to scam so I prefer prepaid....

Maybe might think to switch later I already have 2-3 yrs of recharge in queue I usually did when there were many offers so ultimately I did 2545 and 2025 recharge at more than 60% off....

I am on Airtel postpaid since 2014 and Jio postpaid since 2023. Not faced any additional charges so far.

0.75/day/SIM is NOT the same as 90 GB without any daily or per SIM restriction

Not sure but I think it would forfeit. Only if you have main acct balance that would get credited to postpaid.

For getting 100 off, we need to spend 500. It's not flat, it's upto 100.

Yes, 3 month plans are anyway more than 500. We get the 899 plan at 799.
It's there in this thread itself. instead of doing 899*4, we get it at 799*4.
Straight 400 off.

Myjio + DBS credit card offer, flat 250 off using "pay with rewards". Working on 1899 plan.
Edit: Not applicable to all. There were no tncs mentioned so got confused and thougt it's a generic offer.

These corporates never let go any opportunities to hike plan prices. The news that I checked in media was about 100 Rs. hike for some postpaid plan.

I just checked for prepaid value plans its still showing old prices. Just 6 month back they increased the price by about 20%. Lets c.
