How's the app though? Is the media player good? They should launched some 7 days free or 1 month free thing - to get customers used to the app and then start subscriptions? I don't know if they already did that.

Their 999 Jiofiber plan is VFM even though Netflix is not included. If they include Jiocinema premium, no way anyone is moving from Jio to elsewhere.

Even the 599 plan is vfm. It also has the same subscriptions

Pay via Google playstore using debit or credit you will get 10-25 percent off ( account specific) one time offer. I got 25% off in my case and got it for Rs.749.

Oh, Paramount+. If more series are added, like ones based on a true story premiering on June 8th, 2023, and if Paramount+ movies and Jiocinema on TV are not well optimized for tv then I might consider using it for one month. The only Jiocinema experience on TV sucks for now, and it's the same across multiple operating systems. I wish that instead of a subscription, Jio Cinema developers would fix their app first for TV.
