I went to next page , Filling PAN details. How to get back to referral code filling Page?

There is no way to get back. Not even by waiting for 15-20 days or more.

Can anyone confirm if is there any validity period mentioned by which we can redeem the Amazon Prime voucher once received?
I already have Amazon Prime active so will think for applying the card when it is near to my Prime membership expiry.

If it has decent validity of 6 months or so to redeem then can decide to apply for this card right away.

You can actually cancel your existing Prime membership and get back the refund on your preferred payment method for remaining amount of days.
