Jupiter fixed amount showing zero

Hi , does any one did fixed deposit in Jupiter? I did 10,000 rupees in Jupiter account,now it showing zero balance. Does anyone face similar issue? I have reached customer care and they told that they didn't see any fixed deposit amount in my account. I have shared transaction details as well but unable to identify. Need your suggestion
