Just For Fun 🐰

Sorry for ur friend's loss, but Banks r very ruthless in these matters. Money is money for them. In this case the responsibility falls on u because it was ur CC. Banks will 100% not help even if shown death certificate. Ur only way out is to either pay it off as a gesture to ur friend, or somehow inform this issue to their parents. They might have received some money from Term insurance (if ur friend had one). U can claim atleast the remaining pricipal from that.
Bilkul, best option hai parents se milna.

I'll pay by myself then. If bank could cancel the EMI, then it would have been a good solution for me.
I'm unable to tell his parents about money now and in future. He doesn't have any term insurance.

Or laptop hi le Lena hai, need hai to rakhlo, otherwise sell karke Jo milta hai usse maximum cost recovery ho jayega

Okay, thank u all guys, I think I got some solution.
And sorry if I broke the trend of "just for fun" by describing my problems...
Koi baat nehi, ye bas chit chat type thread hai
Yaha pe hum Japan bhi ghum lete hai
Doctor sahab se medicine bhi le lete
Bank, cards wo to baat hota hi hai.

Baki time masti karte hai.
Yaha pe problem ka koi particular type nehi hai.
