Some are saying that rent payment not getting points. Is this true? I don't find any such notification related to magnus about this.

I have some 80k of expenses Jan onwards. 45k as rent and 35K as maintenance fees (every 4 months), can use magnus for this?

Axis has reduced bonus reward rate of jockey from 30x to 20x

I have a feeling that Edge rewards are processed manually. There is a guy somewhere sitting in a basement who goes through statements and processes the points.

Does Axis Bank have something like IDFC where you can check immediately after the transaction?

Yes, here or same thing is in mobile app too.

With Edge Reward, even transaction settlement date doesn't work and u r asking immediately after transaction 😅. It takes anywhere between 1 day to 2 months in practice.

Customer care is also useless in most cases, unless u have premium cards like magnus or burgundy account. Then they take request post 12 working days.

Got them today, but I had also raised complaint with Axis support since I did not get any points credited since opening the card a month ago.

Haven't got any points yet for my rent payment on No Broker.
