Karnataka govt is running a scam!!! Need everyone here who can help to recover my 5 Lakh

I beg to disagree...I do not know kannada and i got my work done from many govt department without any issue of language barrier....Native kannada speakers are very nice, humble and understanding people. As i understand, hindi is 2nd language in Karnataka schools and local people understand hindi. Their only expectation from non-kannada people is to respect their local language and culture.

However, handful fringe elements are present in each community/religion/state and they spoil the name of entire community/religion/state.

nope they're not...had a really bad exp....what they do is...when they want to screw you....they speak with others in kanada/other alien language for you ....even though both know hindi...and then they charge exhorbitant rates...or dont give proper service...in short...screw you...i have had this exp in all the dravidian states...so now for me..... no more going to any dravid state...they think they're some intelligent species...but they're not...they just speak a diff languange than hindi....thats all...

this is my exp....according to some ppl southern states are gems....well for me they're not...

I don't understand how you know that they could speak in Hindi! It's your choice, stay out of Southern states.
