Kindly clarify my doubt regarding video KYC

Can we do video KYC from a location away from permanent address? Like my permanent address is in delhi and can I do video KYC from Hyd? for getting a new HDFC credit card online? what was your experience.

Usually you can if you are in a serviceable location for the bank. They don't check on vkyc unless they have some doubts.. its usually pan, address verification, photo only. amex for example nay have issues if you are somewhere else ina non serviced city.. if it is a permanent move ( only if they ask)

only requirement is you need to be in India geographically to complete VKYC
