Kiwi credit card VKYC rejected

I applied for Kiwi Credit Card through the app today. Yes Bank VKYC got rejected due to name mismatch. It seems Kiwi did not mention my middle name in the application and VKYC agent rejected my application asking me to contact the sales person regarding the same.

Anyone else faced this issue? Any known solution?
 
Kiwi support is worst. They simply replied to my detailed email stating my application is rejected due to the Bank's internal policies. Replied strongly. Let's see what happens.

Further I noticed Yes Bank did 2 CIBIL hits. Should I complaint to Kiwi (already done) or to Yes bank?
 
Even a bot can reply in a better way. 😂

Also how can bank say card rejected due to not meeting credit policy parameters when VKYC itself was rejected due to mismatch in name?

Have u recorded the statement of KYC executive /agent, via sound recorder or another means?

Have you received an application for where middle name is missing, or it's told by the executive only?

Nope. I don't have any proof as such.

It was told by executive. I don't have access to application form. It was an automated process.

Few banks send application form after submitting the application. That's good practice.

Since you don't have any proof, they may say something different about the reason to BO. Though, proceed and see what's to say, they failed to address, what's the reason on rejection, instead given a vague ans; internal policy.
