Yes actually as per the TnC you should get the following:

1. 3% cashback on spends upto 50K
2. 4% cashback on spends upto 100K
3. 5% cashback on spends upto 150K

But seems like 3% cashback is calculated on the entire amount post 50K and not just on exact 50K.

yeah .. this is confusing.
The only way this statement can make sense is

1. 3% cashback on spends upto 50K
2. 4% cashback on spends upto 100K
3. 5% cashback on spends upto 150K

When the first milestone is hit the extra 1% is given to this and till 100K it goes like 3%. So for 0 to 50K we get 3% and 50K to 1L 3%
When the second milestone is hit an extra 1% is given to the 2nd 50K till 100K . So now the second 50K too gets 4% and the next 50K gets 4%
When the third milestone is hit an extra 1% is given to the 3rd 50K and so on...

As said in the previous post, the TnC says

3% cashback on spends upto 50K

and my explanation in that post only fits that.
