kiwi yes bank credit card application issue

So I applied for this credit card on October 2, 2024, but I mistakenly misspelled my father's name. I know it will be rejected in the VKYC process, as it already happened to a friend of mine. I have already emailed both Kiwi and Yes Bank credit card email addresses; I am unsure which party controls this part of their app. Kiwi is unresponsive via email, and they do not have a contact number or responds to emails promptly or even within usual times-frames. If anyone knows the resolution, please help.

I had whatsapp chat with dev who has in time of axis Bank kiwi card he left the company and new dev are still learning to resolve the issues it take much time develop their app probably 1-2 years for small changes in their app.
