Your virtual 811 super DC will have the same BIN of metal DC. So, it doesn't matter which one you get.

But there should be one more virtual card, which is basic 811.

Ask your friend if he has 2 virtual in his app. If there isn't then I guess directly opening metal DC doesn't give basic 811 virtual DC.

And coming to your query, although there is no huge issue still you can raise the request to PNO that you are unable to see the virtual DC in your app.

Yes, it used to work before, so it should still work. Btw, what’s the issue with the metal DC? I mean, why aren’t you using it? You are paying a hefty annual fee for it...

yes, it will. I have metal dc and it acts like a cc for some reason coz of it's bin range. I have virtual dc and it gives 5%.

If doubtful, test it with 100 trxn.

its recognised as credit card in some portals and I cant use credit card there

I am not sure about fees though, since there are alternate debates that super fee would be 399 so DC will not be charged. Still cant deny that they could charge 999. However the sales guy has sent whatsapp that its 399 only. lets see how it goes next year on renewal.

Metal users will be charged 999, non-metal users will be charged 399. That's the crux of t&c. Period.

yes, it was closed 3-4 years back and it was regular account not 811. Still i was able to open now and I could see same CIF being used for this new a/c after these many years.
