Kotak 811 Infinity Metal Debit Card – Unboxing & First Impressions

How to get the 1k and 250 voucher. Any task needs to be done ? Like any amount of transaction or something?

Any update you have received..i have not received any update regarding the mail we has done
Just had like 5 calls , going back and forth. Its obvious no one bothers to read the content of the email. The branch keeps getting pulled into this. I stood my ground and said a) make it 999 for everyone irrespective of what DC one holds ( bank wont do this cause people will just cancel their accounts) or b) keep 399 fees for those that took Metal dc when offer was live.

They keep re-iterating that its only from next renewal and i kept repeating " So what? you marketted it as free, you cant change it , besides, if you were gonna charge me extra from 2nd year, why did you not market it as FYF ? " . Have 1 more call scheduled post which im escalating to PNO cause this is just wasting my time now.
 
Boys and gals, just got off the phone with Kotak grievance team. They have mentioned that i will keep having 399 fees even during renewal and only those who open account after October where the new changes act will have 999 fees with a metal dc. They have promised to reply to my email with this info . Once i recieve it ill share it here for everyone to use as a reference point.

Sorry everyone. Looks like i had too much trust in the banking system.

Their email response is contradictory to what was stated in the phone call. Luckily i have call recording and ive sent a reply asking for clarification.

Can I close and reopen 811 account, my account is 8 years old but current classification is privy neon even though its a 811 account. So if anyone have similar experience kindly suggest. Kyunki currently having only one account and unable to upgrade. What can be the best solution ?
