Happened to me as well. It will come back don't worry.

I have a unique problem. I have completed 500 cashback for this month, even did the same last month aswell. I have received last month's 500 and claimed too but this month it shows I have done 500/500 but it shows a locked icon with a message to unlock cashback please add 5k. Issue is I have already added 5000 3 times. Once from my icici bank auto transfer on 2nd, once I added manually and last 3rd time I added by clicking on kotak add money and paid visa dc. Still lock isn't going.

I know this cashback will be available to claim next month but why it shows lock sign even though I have done the requirement already.

Btw, if your sister is unable to extract all the benefits then it's better to close it. Next year, you have to pay ₹999 for the continuation of super program.

this doesn't mean anything, does it? They are sending you the email in sep. In sep, metal card fee is anyways 399(basically free , 399 is program fee).

They need to give in writing that after next yr they won't charge 999 or they need to give in writing that people who do have metal as existing card, won't be charged more than 399 next renew which this email lacks.

This mail is worth nothing. It is just a simple wordplay.

At this point, kotak will no way reverse this decision or something. Just close the account before anniversary and open a 5k super account via someone in ur family

This is the email I had got. Even telephonically she confirmed that only the Super program fees (399 or as applicable) will be levied.
