waise super program pehle bhi aaya tha FKYC NTB ke liye...lekin phele bas 3 months ke liye deta tha may be 300 or something if i remember well...itna jada ye sab nahi tha

Waise it was bound to happen aaj nahi toh kal hoga, sabhi karte hain, substantial customers acquisition, high demand, among NTBs/ETBs, no. of complaints/ intrest upon the same, no. of post in search engines, ke baad...

I gone through whole TnC and I haven't find anything like ₹100 per mont. Its all ₹500 per month everywhere in my case.

How long does it take for 811 Super debit card to appear in the app? I converted my old 811 account to Super account few days back and even got the cheque book today, but no trace of the physical debit card or virtual debit card. The app still shows the old 811 debit card. Can I use it for cc bill payment?

You must have received DC issue email and sms tracking of consignment. Usually it delivered 4-5 dates after (with check book) or next working day after delivery of check book. Have u checked 300 deducted? Virtual should show by now max wait tomorrow then contact customer care from app.

Converted the account on 19th and got the checkbook today. Got the email for debit card request on the same day as well, but the app still has the old virtual debit card. The physical card might reach in couple of days, but will Customer Care help me generate the virtual card?

Ok. No cust care can't help...u can track based on their tracking code. Wait 2-3 days u will get it for sure.

This 100/month for 6 months i.e. max 600/yr waala T&C has been since beginning. I applied on September 13, 2024.

Just did a 5k funding and got upgraded to super from my normal 811 after 300rs deduction. Also received message of debit card request being accepted let's see if it gives 5% on utility.

When you go to normal Kotak Mahindra Mobile App (the full fledged one) > go to Kotak 811 > you will see 811 super and, on its bottom right click "View Features". There also you will see this t&c while in new Kotak811 app its 500/month max 6k/year.

This is an old t&c they might have designed while launch but then they perhaps revalued it to new t&c which is still not updated at some places.

So guys, PARTY ISN'T OVER.

This isn't specifically abt 811 but my kotak myntra card was up for renewal/annual fee, and I called cc and aksed for waiver even though my spends were less than the criteria. Kotak told me no (a lady i talked to) but she gave me a cashback(that's how she termed it) in my savings acc for 250 rs (she said 250 but i got 253 rs) in my 811 super acc. I got it in next business day she said i will get it next day. She said rather than cc waiver, she is giving me 250 in my savings(253rs). Now, When it came, in the statement it says "REV: DEBIT CARD RENEWAL FEE X1234 FOR 2024 TN12345"

I have changed the numbers after "X" to "X1234 as those numbers are probably of my old debit card of 811(normal 811, not super) and changed the numbers after TN to TN12345, idk what those numbers signify hence for privacy I changed it.

What is this crazy shit kotak is upto lol?

Wait few days. Don't do anything. Card and check of Kotak 811 super account will come at ur address in 5-6 days time.

Can you check in mobile app under benefits, for me it's showing 5% upto 100 for 6months. Kit yet to be delivered. Is it customer specific?
