It should work, I've never opted for physical DC. For your information, both old virtual/new virtual is working for me. So, in your case physical will work as well.

Bhai 2021 me account close karwaya tha 811. Uske baad try Kiya 2023 me kholne ka but nai khul rha tha. Grievance redressal team ko bhi complaint Kiya tha unhone mana Kiya ki ek baar close hone ke baad nai khulta. Fir 2024 me ksi ne post dala tha ki 811 jinka close tha dubra try karo khul rha. Mine try Kiya aur khul gya

No problem, why there would be any problem? You will receiving card having same details in physical form made up of plastic.

If a bank can't stick to its own terms and conditions, then what's the point of having them in the first place?

It's good that you got your account opened. But, according to the TnC, it shouldn't have been allowed.

We would like to inform you that you will not able to re-open your 811 Account or open new Kotak 811 account after your Kotak 811 account is closed .

You can, however, open new savings account (except 811) with us by clicking here.
