They are not allowing new Lotak 811 Account to their existing SB account holders 😢

Yeah tried they are saying even if you close the account CRN won't be deleted with them, and Kotak 811 is not allowed for the customers with existing CRN with the Bank.

That is just one of the many excuses they have.
1. First excuse: We can't open a new account in Kotak 811.
2. Second excuse: Let's say you already have Kotak 811, then they’ll say they can’t upgrade it to Kotak 811 Super.
3. Third excuse: 'Existing savings account holders can’t downgrade to Kotak 811 Super.
4. Fourth excuse: Finally, even if you manage to get an agent to help you open a Kotak 811 Super account, you still can't log in to the Kotak 811 app.
Itni sari uncertainties sirf account opening mai 🤣

This is completely false.
For existing lotak cc holder thereby existing CRN still , 811 super successfully opened by agent .

Coz mere area ke branch wale to har situation me 811 super open krne ki guarantee de rhe hain ,( even they r sending their agents from branch to open super acc's )whether u r already holding any cc or any existing sb account.
They said ki for existing cc holders - no problem.
And for existing sb holders- first close previous one and then after a week , u will get super if u want.

I guess upgrade kare 2-3 days hoge and upgrade ki next morning card ke ending digits text and email pe aagye the.
Today I have received an intimation ki bluedart kuch deliver krrega joki most probably welcome kit hogi, but app pe abhi bhi old dream debit card aara hai.

One additional thing to note, those who have both lotak 811 + pre-paid accounts, can't get upgraded to 811 super.
Reason: Multiple accounts under same crn
Solution: visit any branch and close that pre-paid account
