Activation of all Kotak’s DCs is the same. Some alternatives to MB & IB are SMS, IVR, ATM. There may be some issues because of which card details is not available even after delivery.

The issue is that some members even old one visit the forum only to seek ready-made answer(s) all the time. They totally depend on others for every single thing that can be found just by googling.

I already searched in this thread and found out that almost everyone got their virtual card after 811 super was activated but in my case the card is not visible even after delivery

I already followed the instructions on welcome letter received and also tried activating it from old kotak app and NB but the card wasn't available on those platforms also

Raise complaint and wait, if 4-5 din ho gaye hain toh.

When did you apply for the super 811 and after how many days you received your physical DC?

If so why aren't you able to activate the card via SMS/IVR mode, as you said, you had followed these methods as well, hadn't you?

Aapko may card control mein bhi nahi dikh raha hoga...🤣

They don't most of things. Don't blindly trust them.

In real terms, it's not a virtual card, rather the details of the card are shown virtually. Like in case of BOB, there's two different card, virtual and physical having different details.

Virtual card is the classic one which is issued by default for normal 811 A/c.

Activated my card from their web portal after entering card details
Virtual card details of super debit card and card controls are still missing in kotak app and NB
 
Opened 811 Super yesterday for my mom. Did anyone try sms registering kotak 811 app using BSNL sim? I am not able to register as the app gives only 15 secs to complete the registration. I can access kotak app & netbanking without any issues.

BSNL is my alternate no which I am using for my mom's account as I already hold full kyc kotak 811 with my primary no and there is no upgrade.
 
I have 811 classic account, in 811 app it says I'm not eligible for super account even customer care says I'm not eligible..is there anyway to get it or I just to wait it out till they give it to me???

Generic solution: Restart the phone and try again.
