I've upgraded to super 5 days back and 4 days back debit card issued message received. Still now not shown in app. When contacted customer care they said it will show after delivery only

Cheque book and debit card - both will take maximum of 7 working days (from creation to delivery)

Virtual DC - people have explained it already. Kotak has not specified anything. Some people gets it earlier, some gets it later on.

Patience rakho 1 week mai sab ho jayega, monday se count karna working days.

yeah same here. i upgraded my account on 12, card was generated on 14th, still can't see in the app.

guys they are sending me another welcome kit????

today the cheque book was delivered, and ig thats what they are referring to as "welcome kit"
the debit card has not been delivered yet. could this other welcome kit be the debit card?

and btw the bluedart guy gave me the cheque book without taking the OTP. i was kinda surprised but he said its fine i don't need the OTP😶

and then i got the email saying my kit was not delivered, but instantly after that i got another email saying the welcome kit was delivered.

can someone pls explain what is happening here?

Yes, you will be receiving another kit, having DC.

It's the sender who mandates OTP/ID verification not bluedart*, you will be required to share OTP/ID in case of Debit Card.

Hello, I wanted to confirm that is this customer initiated 5000 transaction means adding money using Kotak 811 app using upi or debit right? Or something else?
