Where does it say 'dispatched'?

Is this your first time tracking? Kotak has only handed it over to Blue Dart. Once Blue Dart enters the data into their system, only then will you be able to check, and the AWB number will work. Until then, it will obviously say 'record not found'.

it should be updated atleast within a day
