Virtual and physical dono ke same number hai, obviously it doesn't matter which one you choose.

I opened the account in Feb 2024 with Full KYC. Fully digital VKYC. Avg MAB was 20K and still haven't got the upgrade. Called them and they said I was ineligible. Reading through some threads I see a common denominator being the physical KYC process. I also have the 811 secured card. Any ideas for 811 Super?

If you are not eligible, there is nothing you can do about it. Also, there is already a thread on Kotak Super 811. Kindly post your queries there instead of creating a new thread.

There are many people who have opened account in 2024, and still got super 811.

811 Super upgrade option not available. Tried contacting customer care via chat, they said it's not available for my account yet.

Long time 811 full kyc user. Zero balance maintained most of the time. Very minimal usage as of now.

Is their any way to bypass this waiting period?
