I have balance in my account, but so far no debit aswell. Not really sure whats with Kotak. Also to add they didn't upgrade my account typically, I was rejected over the app and then sent them an email for upgradation which took around 1 month.

I'm not connecting CC because in previous when I ask about the virtual card after booking physical card they closed.
Till the movement before call it shows me the card 😕 customer care close manually.

Unhone bola physical card he virtual me show hota hein , if I seeing previous virtual card ( Actually this movment I still use the card without any issue) it's some system problem. Salo ne band kardi 😕 or bola abb physical card nehi milega.
