in banks section scroll down u will c upgrade to super811 option. click nd check.

1. Yes . ( Still they didn't revise MCC, only wallet transaction restricted from cashback.)
2. You can apply by their website you can open hybrid mode with no video KYC ( online fillup and KYC via agent/official visit your address with biometric device and take 2 live photo, no documents needed. )
You can also visit there branch with addhar Pan and current address proof ( optional, if different present one )

I saw on previous threads that by default they are not giving 811 super if opened online.

It would be better if I visited a branch (hardly 1.5 km) and asked if they could give me 811 super or not.
