Sadly no bro. 811 can't be reopened again as per bank policy 🙁 But you could open it in your siblings or parents' name if they are new to bank (NTB)

Opening thru relatives is the loophole. CRN once created in your name can't be deleted even by escalating to Uday Kotak or Ashok Vaswani themselves. Unless you yourself become the CEO of Kotak in which case you could change the bank policy 😁

Brother in banking sector, anything is possible. I'm just asking for any loophole/tricks/shortcut/through other account variant to reach that 811 super account.
Btw I have 6 customer IDs in HDFC bank. I opened 2 idfc accounts online (closed one account and opened another account)
So some are possible

My 811 was closed automatically in 1 year because I didn't complete the kyc. But they came up with an option to re open closed accounts. After that, I opened it

I am not sure but I just kept 1k balance for a few months and got upgraded to 811 super
