Let me know if this works. Btw today I got a phone call from Kotak grievance department saying they are seeing a huge amount of interest for 811 Super so they are rolling out to certain users in PHASES. If in phase 1 you are shown Not eligible, they will offer ineligible users the 811 Super upgrade in Phase 2. I went to my branch and was told this exact same thing by Kotak branch people so it's definitely confirmed that it will be expanded to more customers in phases.

Edit: Oh and the customer care lady also said "do transactions with your 811 virtual debit card, sir and that will increase the chances of eligibility".
